My wife called to get an appointment to get a mortgage pre-approval and talking about interest rate and had a 2 weeks waiting to get an appointment(busy understand). 2 weeks later, the day of our appointment 2 hours before the appointment that person that we had an appointment with called us to tell us it was the wrong person for a new built mortgage and we should take an another appointment with someone else. So we had our appointment with that person on Friday and got told we will have an answer on the following monday....Now, four weeks has past after Talking to that person, still have no answers we send email everyday get ignored or reply back saying they will call us and forget us. NO SERVICE at all.

Even though it's from another banking institution in Canada, there was no need to place a hold check at a teller unless the decision of the branch absolutely despicable and judgemental
