- RRRebecca RochonJan 3, 20261.0Hard to really put a star on my experience due to. Yes when I came in, I got the services done that needed to be done. (got my account paid off) however not even sure what the person‘s name was all I know is that they work at the front well one of the front desks and I know that for customer service as I’ve been in customer service for over 15 years, you need to be friendly with clients and customers however, I believe this was taken a little bit too far. The mail was making small talk which fine that’s what you typically do when you have customers and something’s taking a little bit longer than usual, however, was talking about how me and my husband are new to New Brunswick and stuff and then asked if we had any friends. I said yes I have a friend or two and that my husband has some friends and then kept saying that he will be my friend, but like not in a normal friendly manner at least that’s not how I took it as it made me very uncomfortable as he mentioned multiple times that he could be my friend not even mine and my husband‘s friend just it struck me as odd and inappropriate and I’m not putting this review to put anybody through the ringer or anything. I’m just making this aware for people just in case if they ever encounter this that that is kind of how that person I would assume does business so you are not blindsided. I’m not writing this to hurt anybody or their jobs just want to make people aware of the potential scenario that could happen so they are aware
