    They lock the ATM after hours. Imagine a company that reaps billions in profit every quarter, benefits from local tax breaks, that nickles-and-dimes its customers for every transaction, they can’t be arsed to provide after hours service at their ATM.

    I’ve been trying to set up an appointment but instead they have been calling me mid day on weekdays with no heads up whatsoever to do my appointment over the phone. I never received a date for my appointment nor was told a date for my rescheduled appointment and then next thing i find out they never even rescheduled me. Terrible experience you’d think a bank would be more professional and not struggle managing a schedule. I was gonna file a complaint but instead i thought i’d be nice and just write a bad review instead. I am now doing it at different branch thankfully. ENTER AT OWN RISK

    My daughter is going to Scotland and asked the male teller for currency exchange. He gave her Euros and messed to the exchange rate. She came home and now it’s too late to go back and fix. You should educate your tellers. Scotland is GBP…you’d think a bank would know this.
