Last week, I went at TD Bank in Dieppe with my wife to make changes to some of my accounts, I was told I needed an appointment, and someone would call me, and the changes could be made over the phone. Been a week and still waiting for their call. Called their branch and spoke with the manager and was told I needed to go at the branch to make these changes to my accounts. Unreal.... Been with TD for over 25 years but it's time to change institution.
