I stopped and talked with the lovely desk agent guy (super nice) and he transfered to the branch manager Jared. I had a very complicated problem and he took the time to handle the situation to a degree, that I honestly can't do anything but thank him for. I will never use this bank however I give this branch 5 stars because Jared is a true professional
