They have 5 different people asking you what need, but no one ever actually helps you. If you come here, make sure you have 30+ minutes free otherwise you’re better off driving an extra 15 mins & going to the other location. Place is terribly managed to say the least.

The inconsistency of posting the proper status of my bank account has caused overdrafts throughout my entirety of being with this bank. Its ridiculous, disrespectful, and downright evil to charge $35 for every single overdraft transaction, especially during a global pandemic where the unemployment rate is the highest it's ever been. I'll be seeing you later today to close my account and take my money to a place that works with me and carres about me.
