  I banked with Wells Fargo for over 40 years—both personally and through multiple businesses—yet this branch made it abundantly clear that loyalty means absolutely nothing. I called the Union Pacific branch in Missoula on a Tuesday to schedule time with a business banker, Justin, whom I had worked with just the month before and who was already familiar with my business accounts. At his prior advice, I delayed opening a money market account because I was converting my business from an LLC to an S-Corp effective 1/26/26, which required a new EIN and new business accounts. When I called to set an appointment, I was told Justin had availability the next afternoon around 3:00–3:30 and that he would call me back to confirm. He never did. When I called again the next day, I was suddenly told he no longer had availability until 4:30—after I’d already arranged my schedule and planned a 1.5-hour drive. No call back. No explanation. No accountability. I then tried calling the Kalispell US-93 branch repeatedly all morning. No one answered. Not once. Eventually, someone at the downtown Kalispell branch picked up, told me what paperwork I needed, and gave me an email address to send it to—followed by the statement that someone might email me back afterward to schedule an appointment. After 40 years of banking with Wells Fargo, this is the level of service I get to open a basic business account? And this isn’t an isolated experience. Every time I walk into a branch for help, I’m told, “Let’s call the 800 number,” instead of being assisted in person. What, exactly, is the purpose of having physical branches if customers are redirected to a call center? Bottom line: Wells Fargo has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Personal banking is dead here—and Wells Fargo seems perfectly fine with that. If I could give ZERO stars I would!

  Trying to get this branch to answer the phone. Is ridiculous I'm gonna close my accounts and go to first security or white fish credit union.

  Absolute worse of the worse. Zero customers service. Longest wait in line times. Ridiculously long. Its super.clear customers do not come first.

  I would like to say thank you to Jason Watson. I was out of state and he help me with some documents that made my whole life easier. He is professional and very polite. Thank you Jason from a retired soldier.
