As a board member of a small non-profit this bank has supported us and everyone I have talked with is very friendly. Brette Berry found us a workable insurance policy where other agents had failed to see our needs. Simon in the Stevensville branch office is an avid supporter of our non-profit. I recommend this bank over others in the region.
- SOSara OdenthalNov 23, 20222.0We've used Stockman bank for our mortgage because we have a great lender, Becky Peterson (who is great!) but I must say the as a customer I would never choose to use this bank. I would NOT recommend banking with them, instead of making my life easier it is more complicated. The online platform is essentially useless, confusing and virtually impossible to complete any banking needed. In order to change or alter any payments you have to call them, and be bounced around between customer service agents. I've been transfered up to 4 times to get to the person I need to talk to.
