When we walked in we delt with a guy who was from Georgia. I could tell because I'm a truck driver. The first words out of my mouth was "I AM A LONG HALL TRUCK DRIVER IS THAT GONNA BE A PROBLEM FOR YOU. I WILL NEED TO USE MY DEBIT CARD EVERYWHERE. The answer to my question was NO MR REMINGTON THAT WILL NOT BE A PROBLEM WE CAN ACTIVATE YOUR CARD FOR NATIONAL USE. 4 months later I'm in Chicago on my way to Virgina and my debit card is blocked for fraud. When I called and asked why oh well Mr Remington your out of state. And then she told me quote "I WAS THE ONE WHO HELPED YOU SET UP YOUR ACCOUNT. I suppose that may be true as my wife set it up before I got home so all I had to do was sign there card and get the Debit card. Again we reminded them i will need to use my card in all 48 stares again we where tokd that wouldnt be a problem. That's beside the point! IF USING YOUR BANK WAS GOING TO PREVENT ME FROM USING MY CARD ON THE ROAD WE WOULD NOT HAVE OPENED AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM. There are lots of fish in the ocean and it's a big ocean. I will be taking this to the Better Business Bureau consumer protection Mr Tester and Mr Daines and anybody else that will listen. Commen cents would tell you if I can't use my card on the road why would I have signed up with you. Then she says WELL THE MORE YOU USE THE CARD THE SMARTER THE CARD GETS Really then why was I blocked for fraud if I have used this company before with there bank card. Furthermore how can the card remember if you won't let me use it. Da that's a brainless remark oh use it and it will remember NOT. I HAVE CUT UP MY CARD THERE IS NO POINT HAVING A CARD TAKING UP SPACE IN WALLET IF I CANT USE IT. NOW THEY TELL ME I HAFT TO GO IN EVERY 15 DAYS AND TELL THERE DUMB COMPUTER IM TRAVELING BUT I CAN ONLY LIST A FEW STATES. SO EVERY 3 OR 4 DAYS I HAFT TO GO IN AND TELL YOUR DUMB COMPUTER IM GOUNG TO CALIFORNIA THEN A COUPLE DAYS LATER OH IM GOING TO GEORGIA THEN MAYBE OHIO. THIS IS A PATHETIC EXCUSE TO CONTROL ME SO THEY CAN MAP OUT MY PERSONAL LIFE. THATS NOT GONNA HAPPEN I THINK THATS CALLED INVASION OF PRIVACY ON THE IDEA I MIGHT BE FRAUDULENTLY USING MY OWN CARD. GUESS THATS WHY THEY MADE PREPAID VISA.
