- SMSheryl MickelsonJul 21, 20251.0Avoid this firm. I met with Nathan in the summer of 2024 to amend our taxes. While the meeting itself went well, I had to follow up months later to get the work completed — and even then, it was done incorrectly. I dropped off our 2024 tax documents at the end of January 2025 and heard nothing back. After repeated calls and emails, I eventually learned (without any prior notice) that an extension had been filed on our behalf. Despite checking in regularly, I received no meaningful updates. By June 2025, I had to physically visit their new office location — which we were never informed about a move — to request the return of our business paperwork. Nathan handed them to me from a pile on the floor. The entire experience was disorganized, unprofessional, and extremely frustrating.
