- BBBobAug 1, 20251.0I went to 2 other banks in Missoula before teller went out of her way — morning of August 1, 2025 — to help me when my ATM card could not work in any machine. She offered me ice cream and a ton of patience while we waited for the machines to air.

I am trying to help my grandparents and had spoken with a Patricia over the phone with my grandmother on the line with me, to see if I could email her a couple of documents for her to print off and notarize for them. I had ask for her to call me when they were sitting in front of her and Patricia never did, told my grandmother that she didn't need them and shredded the documents. This has happened before with bankers not calling when I had requested for them to call. Patricia had NO right to to make the decision for my grandparents to shred what they needed and told them to go back home. Now that this has happened, my grandparents have gone MIA. They are not in a good situation and now I can't get a hold of them and do not know there whereabouts. If anything happens with them, I will among others, hold Patricia & Seth accountable for their part in this. I am very disappointed in how they have handled things. I am trying to protect my grandparents from a woman who is abusing the position she is in. My grandparents are not well and need help. I will never do any sort of business with this bank!

I argue pulled up global exchange rates, unfortunately I thought I had no other choice. This company robbed me of half the money I was getting converted. Wait till your in country this bank has no problem robbing you of your hard earned cash.
