- NJNick JonesNov 13, 20251.0I would have given 0 Stars if I could. We opened an account here to deposit a fairly substational check. We had been told it would be available next day, we come in next day and we got told it won’t be available for 1 Week. So this made Rent and other bills late. Extremely frustrating and could have been avoided had they been up front in the first place. They then had information entered incorrectly on our account. Took days to access mobile app to check progress of the account and check deposit. We had been told by a manager we would hear back from her same day to see if the check would be cleared right away, or have to wait the 7 days. We did not get any calls from her. We called 2 days later multiple times. No answer. Just a voicemail that we had to leave. They couldn’t give any information about the account status and deposit status over the phone. It was by far the worst bank experience we have had. Do yourself a favor, go to Clearwater Federal Credit Union. Go ANYWHERE but here. You will regret opening an account here. I guess now I know why they have such a low rating. Good luck!
