I called to check if a wire transfer I sent had been received by the bank (I was not asking for private account details — only for institutional confirmation or direction on how to verify that my wire arrived safely) and the woman who answered was incredibly rude. Instead of trying to help or explain anything, she told me I had “no right to know” if the bank received the funds — which is completely untrue and shows a lack of understanding of proper banking procedures. I expected at least basic courtesy and professionalism, but unfortunately, this experience left me very frustrated.

Parkside FCU over 30 years, Opportunity bank over 40 years, I still do business with these banks. Recently got a account with Stockmans bank about 3 years ago. Big mistake. Worst bank to deal with even standing inside the bank trying to access your own money. Do yourself a favor go with opportunity bank or parkside federal credit union.

I took out a loan for a vehicle purchased in a different state and the title was sent to the wrong branch. The vehicle title was lost after arriving at the branch and the loan agent was not proactive to keep me informed on the situation. My loan agent never apologized and refused to work with me to make it right. I would not recommend working with this loan agent.
