- AAaOct 30, 20251.0Extremely unprofessional customer service. I called to check if a wire transfer I sent had been received by the bank (I was not asking for private account details — only for institutional confirmation or direction on how to verify that my wire arrived safely) and the woman who answered was incredibly rude. Instead of trying to help or explain anything, she told me I had “no right to know” if the bank received the funds — which is completely untrue and shows a lack of understanding of proper banking procedures. I expected at least basic courtesy and professionalism, but unfortunately, this experience left me very frustrated.

If you are not able to see a teller in person eye to eye for your small business banking needs I would strongly suggest evaluating your options before trying to utilize Stockman’s services for your small business banking needs.
