- MCMike CogburnJul 5, 20231.0Yes I've been down to their Bank in Livingston Montana three times to try to open a CD open account and get a CD and each time they don't have a banker that can do it this bank is a waste of time I will never go back they might want to try to think about getting some new management so you can actually bank at this Bank
