- AAAdrieDec 11, 20251.0I have banked with Wells Fargo for over twenty years. While most of the branches offer kind and attentive service this location is consistently terrible. They claimed to be short staffed today, however, there were multiple people sitting at desks that could seemingly do nothing. If this were an isolated incident I would be more understanding but it is EVERY visit. I attempted to call to speak with a manager before posting publicly and no one was available to take my call. Even if you have to go out of your way, it is worth driving to another branch. I assure you it will save you time and frustration in the long run.
- EEEricNov 5, 20251.0A manager behind the counter couldn’t wait to complain about how short staffed they were, and was sarcastic and rude during the entire interaction I had with him. EVERYTIME I’m in this bank this guy is sitting doing nothing, and the one time he’s actually doing something, he is complaining to me about it. Wells Fargo should hire some more people if it’s that big of a deal, and they should also retrain this manager. Do your job and leave the attitude at home, quit complaining to customers about having to work.
