- EEEricNov 5, 20251.0A manager behind the counter couldn’t wait to complain about how short staffed they were, and was sarcastic and rude during the entire interaction I had with him. EVERYTIME I’m in this bank this guy is sitting doing nothing, and the one time he’s actually doing something, he is complaining to me about it. Wells Fargo should hire some more people if it’s that big of a deal, and they should also retrain this manager. Do your job and leave the attitude at home, quit complaining to customers about having to work.

In all my years of business, I have never had a bank tell me it would take that long. They could not produce any documentation that stated their policy, it was “just what we do here” according to the manager.
