I have had other accounts with other banks, with half the service they offer, Stockman really raises the bar when it comes to banking customer service. Their tellers are SOOO friendly and offer good quality customer service, all of the branches in my town have been great but my favorite branch is downtown Kalispell- their staff are all so helpful and really have redefined what the standard should be! I appreciate all of them and look forward to popping in and know i will always be greeted with kindness and professionalism! S/o to Alicia (sp) as well for going above and beyond for me when I needed some clarification on my banking transactions!
