- KKKhordFeb 28, 20171.0Worst bank ever. My card got stolen, it was promptly cancelled, and that's where the good ends. I had to fight to have the fraudulent charges refunded to me. Then it took them three weeks to get a new card delivered. Once the new card arrived, I WASN'T told they reset my PIN, and am unable to reset it to my own over the phone without the old one. The old one that doesn't exist anymore. Not only all this, but they have the most garbage hours of operation ever, any person working a regular 9-5 won't be able to get in to this bank at any point. This bank is a hot steaming pile of garbage, avoid at all costs.
