- TPTonya PenningtonMar 26, 20252.0This is overall a great bank until we set up a small business account. Two parties are required to approve payments. Every time the second party logs in to approve payments and goes through the process of verification and sending codes... We continually loop through the process. We have notified stackmen of this frustration multiple times throughout the course of a year, with no resolution. Same issue this morning.I made two phone calls to custimer service - told to clear my cache & i got a lecture about tax laws and things being set up in my husband's name since they refuse to acknowledge me when we put the account in my name when we originally opened it. STILL no resolution, so I log in a few hours later, and the 4 payments I AM TRYING TO MAKE AS A SMALL BUSINESS TO MY CREDITORS are STILL not processed! I WANT TO TAKE OUR BANKING ELSEWHERE but my husband likes stockman. So here's the review of what you get if you set up your small business banking with stockmen. It is quite glitchy online, and they don't seem to be too concerned about fixing their issues. Since we've had to deal with this for a year and my payments still aren't processed several hours later. 🤨

I am as ordinary as rice financially, but THIS BRANCH OF STOCKMAN BANK has treated me so well at every turn, I felt I had to let you all know that there are still conscientious, normal people in banking who do their best to help the underdog.
