I've never heard a business talk so rudely to its customers. I've heard from other people in the community who bank here, and all but one have been treated badly. People can be very difficult when you work in customer service, but you need to stay professional. I would not recommend using this bank.

First interstate went above and beyond to help me contact my financial institution and get some funds transfer to pay an inspection fee. They didn't charge me. They gave me no attitude. They treated me like i was already one of their accounts. I DID shop around after they initially helped me. Nearly every other bank i walked into in Helena seemed too busy to be bothered with a potential new account. Fast forward to today... if there was ever ANY issue with my account or any seemingly fraudulent activity they were great about halting it and notifying me. The customer service reps, the loan reps... everyone i have dealt with at this branch has been great.
