    I have been at this bank for more than five years doing bussines with them all of a sudden my checks are getting holds for more than 5 days every time since two months ago I go to the window I get ignored and get put last even if I was there first their response is we are verifying your check but still put a hold on it have waited for more than half an hour just so they can tell me that there will be a 7 day hold on my money I feel like I get judged every time I pull up to this bank I don't like the new gentlemen that serves the drive thru

    Great customer service. Every branch I’ve visited has a friendly “hometown” vibe. They employ a younger set of representatives, and I’ve always felt my concerns were handled quickly and efficiently.

    I used to love this bank. Then someone committed check fraud through my account. Instead of helping me report this, they blamed me and are now ruining my credit. It doesn't seem to matter that I've been been undergoing cancer treatment, and dealing with radiation sickness. Or that I was in the hospital for a series of surgeries when the bank first called me, to let me know my account was in the negative due to fraudulent checks. This bank needs to change their policies regarding check fraud. They should be protecting its clients more, and blaming their customers less.

    They were my first bank and the whole time I had them they were accommodating to what I needed! I left a review here in bittersweet taste though, due to my final interaction with them and what I discovered a few weeks later: I rightfully got my account closed from not having money deposited into the account months ago but when I had a charge back come into that closed account, I was told that they tried to contact me and said my mailbox wasn't set up or full. Checking my voice-mail, I got a voice-mail a few days before I wrote this review, which tells me it was always set up and never full to when they said it was. Again, they were good to me and did what I needed, but the blatant lie of trying to contact me left me feeling weird with them. If you don't mess with your finances, or are just starting out, they aren't a terrible choice. Any more than that, especially with what I am reading from other reviews, I'd dodge. Thank you.
