- PAPerla AlvarezMay 30, 20251.0I have been at this bank for more than five years doing bussines with them all of a sudden my checks are getting holds for more than 5 days every time since two months ago I go to the window I get ignored and get put last even if I was there first their response is we are verifying your check but still put a hold on it have waited for more than half an hour just so they can tell me that there will be a 7 day hold on my money I feel like I get judged every time I pull up to this bank I don't like the new gentlemen that serves the drive thru

When I moved here 2 years ago they were a delight to deal with opening a new account, as opposed to a Credit Union I first tried to open an account with.
