I suspect lots of Edward Jones professionals are knowledgable and good at investing or they wouldn't work there. What made Walter stand out was his kindness and interest in his client. Walter was professionally compassionate with an elderly client, asked for the client's input and showed the utmost respect. Wish there were more people like him dealing in money.
