The older gentlemen who assisted me stayed past his time to get off to ensure the lady teller didn't get swamped with customers. Great service. If the owner or GM reads this that man deserves a raise!

- RRRyanSep 18, 20251.0My wife had an appointment at the branch but we were never helped. The president, Taylor Warren, was dismissive and made us feel like our questions didn’t matter. He said he’d follow up but never called back. What really upset us was watching him go out of his way to help another couple who weren’t mixed race and didn’t even have an appointment while we were ignored. It felt racist and left us frustrated and hurt, like our business didn’t matter at all. I’d tell anyone, especially anyone from a different ethnic background, to go to a local bank instead of Wells Fargo where you’re actually treated with respect.

While traveling with my family from Yellowstone up to Washington, I needed to send a wire transfer for a business deal I had just finalized. I have been a customer of Wells Fargo for over 15 years.
