The customer service representative who greeted us as soon as we walked in was so professional and warm and helpful! I was super impressed! They had a really great flow to help customers as fast as possible and were so accommodating and welcoming! Excited to bank with you all!

So I gave them a thousand dollars 860 cash 140 from my account. When it was time to leave for my trip they didn’t even get the Money in when they said they would. I wanted a refund because I’m going out the country. They told me they would do it and it be in my account the next day. And didn’t have an answer for me for any of it no tracking number nothing. it has been 5 days and they didn’t even refund me the full amount I have only 860 pending which I can’t access they didn’t even refund me the full amount that I gave them!! Now I’m sitting in a foreign country with no access to the money I gave them….

R u kidding me?!? I had to drive 15 miles to my HOUSE to get my second form of identification. You go to stockman, first National or rocky Mountain bank they only ask for your license. Forrest Davis's attitude was not appropriate when she was told that the "policy" was absurd. That "policy" should be removed and a better one put in so you don't have to have 2 forms of identification for a $6 check.
