- JSJennifer ShahoodSep 20, 20251.0Stockman Bank is a joke. If you deposit “too much” money, they flag you, if you with withdrawal “too much” money they flag you. Then, they decide if they don’t like the way you choose to use your own money they close your account. They are a sad, backwards bank.
- PTPryce TymrakSep 16, 20251.0Banking with Stockman is about as enjoyable as those “we’ve been trying to reach you about your cars extended warranty” calls. I have had my card turned off almost every time I have traveled for work. Had to scramble to get them to approve transferring money to a different bank. But after today… game over. I called to raise the cap on my debit card so I could have Navy Fed print out a cashiers check for me so I could pay the contractor working on my roof. They sent up a “request”, but insisted that I should find another way to pay for it… in order to keep my money safe… After a long wait, they called me back and said that they would not raise the amount I could spend at Navy Federal…. To protect my money of course…. So now instead of paying the contractor with a free cashiers check, I will have to pay him with my credit… which will add a nice $300 fee. This is the last straw, going to start moving over to a bank that is a little more user friendly… Stockman Bank just is not worth the headache.
