- SPSteve PishJun 13, 20185.0Shawn Edington is the Branch Manager at this location. I have had a Business Account with Wells Fargo for about 8 years and had to leave since my fiancé / book keeper banks elsewhere and it's simply more convenient for both of us. During the one year that I have lived in Billings and have banked with Wells Fargo Shawn Edington consistency goes above and beyond to ensure all my banking needs are met. I was going to pull my personal account but kept with Wells Fargo because of Shawn Edington and the consistency awesome bank tellers at this location. I notice bad service and simply walk away and when I get average service i'm appreciative. When I get exceptional service, every time, I write reviews. Shawn Edington and the team at Wells Fargo Billings, Albertson's Branch on Grand Ave. are way above par and WF is fortunate to have Shawn on there team.
