I was almost told that I would be required to leave the bank with an insane amount of cash without a bankers bag. The operations manager was completely unprofessional by stating that only "customers" are entitled to bankers bags. I will never ever do business with a company that feels like it's appropriate for their managers and employees to say these kinds of things within ear shot of me. I was more than happy to pay $5 to reimburse them for the said bag they gave me but only after the manager made a huge production of it.
