Tried to deposit a check from a national financial organization and I was told it had to be held for 7 days to make sure the check did not bounce . Had to call my financial adviser to have them verify the check and I was still told my finances will be on hold. Manger of the bank felt it was appropriate to touch my hand to get my attention even though I was less than a few inches away . I will be finding a new bank to do business at. Check was not a large amount , I have deposited larger amounts. I felt it was extremely rude to question a National corporation of their Financial stability and accuse them of possibly bouncing a check. My financial advisor stated he had never been call to verify a check issued from his office . I have never had my financial business questioned like this . Will not recommend this institution to anyone ever again .

The employees are always on the ball, very polite and get the things you need done completed as quickly as they can. We have had many accounts always taken care of, home ownership questions answered, vehicle VINs ran (which saved our butts!) and much more. Best bank ever, wouldn't go anywhere else.
