- JWJoshua WiseAug 14, 20171.0First Interstate has some very nice and helpful people...however, this is often overshadowed by their reordering of transactions, and how their online system reorders so you think you have more money than you do. I have had to have them reverse many overdrafts because their bank system reordered differently than their online system, and when I send them screenshots of what it is telling ME, I have in my account, they have to admit their system is deceptive. Not saying it is on purpose, could be bad programming. Today, for instance, I keep getting text notices my account is low. However, their online bank system has not worked since sometime yesterday. I waited forever on hold, finally got someone who bungled a bunch of questions. They said it is beyond their pay grade, and tried to transfer me to someone else... but they accidentally hung up instead. Now I have to wait through the hold queue again... except now that same phone number isn't even working. Great bank, but they need to get their sh** together.
