    Do not use this bank. My boyfriend uses this bank and we have had nothing but issues. He works during the day and they have been closing early at like 4 so he is unable to go so he sends me to make deposits and get quarters for our laundry. They used to help me but now are turning me away even if I have him call them and I have all information present, they will not let me get quarters or make deposits unless the member is present. I bank with BOA and we do not have these issues at all. He will be switching banks.

    I called the client contact center today. I was on hold a total of 50 minutes. I wanted the interest paid on two loans that were paid off recently. I was told the research center could get that information BUT they would charge me 25.00 dollars an hour for my financial info. I need the interest paid for taxes. I never received a letter with the interest I paid. I am appalled by this Banks practice. BEWARE!!!!!

    My buisness uses first interstate to get other customers loans. They are very reponsive, and easy to work with. The only problem is there lending stipulations are very strict, and intrest rates are pretty average
