The branch manager, Lekisha, displayed extremely unprofessional behavior during my time as a customer. I would not recommend anyone seek financing through this office. My personal information was discussed with individuals outside of my authorization, which directly violates the privacy terms stated in the contract I signed. As a result, co-workers at my job became aware of sensitive details that should have remained confidential. This was shocking, disappointing, and completely unacceptable—especially from a business that should uphold professionalism and protect customer privacy. Because of this experience, I will never do business with Heights Finance again. PS I have to give one star to give a review
