- PPPanchagerroOct 16, 20251.0Drive-thru service is consistently poor — inside staff is fine I’ve had great experiences with Renasant Bank at other branches — including Louisville, Jackson, Madison, and Ridgeland — and even at this location, the inside staff has always been professional.But the drive-thru at this branch is a constant problem.Due to an injured ankle, I couldn’t go inside recently and had to use the drive-thru. This is now the third time they’ve messed up a simple transaction between my commercial accounts. I’m told it’s “too much ” to process or they get it wrong entirely. On top of that, communication is frustrating — despite the fact that I’ve lived in the U.S. for 26 years and speak fluent English.The worst part: I made a transaction on Friday, but the money wasn’t credited until Tuesday. That delay caused an overdraft fee — even though the funds were available on Friday. The bank made the mistake, but I was the one who had to pay for it.Again, no issue with the team inside — but if you need to use the drive-thru, be careful. Service and accuracy need serious improvement.
