- JKJennifer KirkNov 28, 20255.0I always have a very positive experience at the branch. Staff is friendly and quick to help. Only complaint would be the ATM machines being out occasionally. But that happens sometimes and they have 2 ATMs for customers to use.

- AHAntwon HarrisonAug 28, 20251.0Do yourself a favor and drive past this "BANK" apparently they have so so much business, they can't attend you to open a simple bank account, answer any questions if you already have a bank account with them, you gotta "set appointments" like pleaaaaaaaase, isn't the whole idea of a bank is to be fast and convenient! As I said they dont have not even 5 minutes for you, because you must have appointment or they wont see you at!!!!! Alot of people (customers) and like 6 associates working in offices but none of them are even helping people, just pretending to be on the "computer" . Don't come here!!!
