I have taken off work twice now and still nothing . They told me to call before coming , I’ve tried multiple times , no one would answer the phone . Probably will be like this again . It’s crazy that customer service is poor in this area . I would not deal with this location.

I directly told him I didn't want my credit pulled until I decided to go through with it. He indicated he understood. When I stood to leave, I again said, now you didn't run my credit, right? He answered no. Later that day I received an alert showing Truist bank had ckd my credit. No application, no signature, nothing. Very upset. Now can't get him on the phone.
