- DKDon KellyJun 21, 20251.0Checked dates. I actually received a email on June 10th asking if I just used my debit card. I replied no. Instantly my phone rang, it was a lady who identified herself as Renasant FRAUD Department. She asked me several questions. She then told me my card was locked and she would be issuing a new card. I told her to hold up that I can get a new card Instantly at the local branch. She told me okay and that she would handle the dispute for me. I kept calling the local branch and going up there because the "FILED" charges were still showing up on my account. The dispute was not filed like I was told. It was finally filed yesterday the 20th of June 2025. It only look 10 days. Absolutely deplorable actions between the branch on church road and Renasant Fraud Department.

My personal information action was compro.ised and they were unable to freeze/close my account. As a result I was left to deal with hundreds of dollars of overdraft fees. The account still is not closed. Edit: I've had checking accounts, savings accounts, business checking accounts, mortgages, and loans through this bank over the past ten years or so. I'm closing my last account here today, and I'm feeling so relieved. The changes they're making do not benefit the small business-owning family man and homeowner that I am. Take it from me- when looking for a bank, explore your options.

I thought it would be a hassle to open a new account for my small business, but it was a breeze from the time I stepped foot in the door thanks to Ms. Cynthia. She is super sweet, friendly, courteous and beyond helpful. All of the ladies were. So glad I chose this bank for my needs.
