I actually drive 20 mins just to avoid this one even though my business is close by. The same teller is at the drive through and is never friendly and acts like she doesn't want to be bothered and hates her job!!!

My personal information action was compro.ised and they were unable to freeze/close my account. As a result I was left to deal with hundreds of dollars of overdraft fees. The account still is not closed. Edit: I've had checking accounts, savings accounts, business checking accounts, mortgages, and loans through this bank over the past ten years or so. I'm closing my last account here today, and I'm feeling so relieved. The changes they're making do not benefit the small business-owning family man and homeowner that I am. Take it from me- when looking for a bank, explore your options.
