- BHBobbie HorneMar 5, 20241.0I will NEVER stop here again. They would not take my water bill payment because they said they stop taking them at 4:15, and it was 4:21. They close at 4:30 so there was no reason for them to not take it. I was also trying to deposit a check that was written out to my son that he endorsed to me. They would not deposit it either because they did not “know” him. They told me to go to another bank and get it cashed. So basically I couldn’t pay my water bill and I couldn’t deposit a check. My husband has been a customer with this bank for about 23 years. He’s fed up. I am too. They have terrible customer service. I will be changing banks.
