- NBNell BlackwellNov 10, 20251.0Absolutely terrible experience with Alexis Wiggins at the Ridgeland branch. That was the name she provided but given her unprofessional behavior, it may be a false name. I have had good experiences with Wells Fargo over the years but the Ridgeland branch was not what should be expected in a professional banking institution. After patiently waiting for 45 minutes for her to return from lunch, she was passive aggressive, rude, belittling, disrespectful, and dismissive. After leaving the location because she refused to help, I went to the location on County Line. There, I was greeted professionally and kindly. Though I had a bit of a wait, the lady who helped me was amazing. I would not recommend banking with the Ridgeland office.
