She did not introduce herself, she was aggressive, and condescending. She literally got offended when I asked her who she was..Needless to say, I choose not to give my business to a company that had such unprofessional and disrespectful employees. I couldn't imagine having a personal loan with them and having to deal with such poor behavior.

What is the difference between interest rate vs APR?
