- RSRyan SpiveyJun 28, 20243.0I went to this location to get a new debit card right before my card expired. I was in a hurry on my lunch break and they kinda wasted my time with a weird used car salesman-esque schtick. I told them I'd like to order my card in the mail because the shipped cards are not only higher quality, but I also wanted the ability to use contactless pay. The man helping me told me I was wrong about them being higher quality and that you can only tap credit cards, saying it's not supported for debit cards. So I took the crummy card they made in house and left. Fast forward a few months, I open a new account at a different Renasant location and ask for the card to be shipped. They comply with my request and the new card comes. And what do you know, the new debit card comes in and not only is it was more rigid, but has contactless pay!
