  This is absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a bank. The incompetence pours out of the door as soon as you open it. If anyone from corporate ever has to do business in this bank they will shut the doors. 14 of the first 26 reviews are 1 star, I should've known better than to do business here. Maybe the ocean springs branch will conduct themselves as professionals

  This branch is ridiculously horrible. First, when my wife tried to open an account as a home maker with no job, they told her she could not deposit money into an account “until her husband came down with her”, like she has no right to open an account without a husband??? That should have been our first indication to walk away. Since then, when using the drive thru window, my wife is repeatedly asked to come inside to speak with them. They won’t do business through the drive through until she agrees to let then call her later to make an appointment to talk to them for a reason they can’t communicate. It’s now at the point where my wife doesn’t even feel comfortable using the drive through or going inside this branch. She pulls money out of the ATM. Today, I went in with my daughter to buy 60$ worth of 5$ bills and they ask me if I have an account. They tell me they are only able to give 20$ worth of change without an account. This obviously wasn’t for security because if they thought I was trying to pass bad 20$ bills, that I just pulled out of their ATM, the could have asked for my ID with name and address. This is obviously a ploy to get people to open accounts. They literally can’t issue 5$ bills so people can mail Christmas cards. This type of behavior is why I closed my account of 10 years some time ago. Wells Fargo can’t even cash checks drawn off Wells Fargo accounts. (They don’t even trust themself). This branch is why I closed my account, and now they are the reason my wife will close her account. Capital One is a lot less hassle.

  I went in to deposit an EFS check today. After waiting about 20 minutes it's my turn and yes a line has formed behind me, so anyways there are about 5 or 6 people behind me and I'm told to stand to tge side cause they want to clear the line before calling to get the authorization code on my check. In other words I'm not as important as the rest of the people. I'm now in the process of finding a different bank to use cause I'm fed up with being treated like I'm not as important as the other customers.

  Every time I've gone to this location I've had nothing but positive attitudes and today was no exception. I hope I have this Representatives name right but I believe her name is Alisha. She at the time was by herself working the teller station for the drive-thru which unfortunately has been backed up quite a bit since our current situation with the covid-19. However her attitude was fantastic. I asked her if she was alone at this time working the Drive-Thru and she said yes but that she is here to make sure we are getting everything we need. I really appreciated her professionalism and sweet attitude. I would highly recommend this location. God bless.
