I called to ask questions regarding a check and in the middle of the conversation the lady repeatedly said the same thing and then proceeded to hang up on me mid sentence. It would have been better to direct me to the Wells Fargo website or another customer service number regarding a policy change. Not hanging up on a person reaching out for clarificaton about a check. I am also not able to drive to a location to verify as she repeatedly suggested because there is not a single location in my state. I would never recommend it to anyone banking with an institution that would employ such rude customer service personnel.
