Run!..I lost about $100,000.00 dollars, dealing with this Bank. They failed to make My House pymt., to Suntrust Bank, instead, they paid LBX which is an employee Real Estate Investment Company. Also, about $40,000.00 dollars, worth of checks are still missing from the Accounts because Someone removed the Checks from my checking, acct., and opened up an online account, and got the Funds. Also, Other Banks that have stolen from me were BankPlus, and (MFCU), hey, don’t worry, you can’t hire an Attorney in Miss., to help you if you’re poor!…umm I wonder why Brandon Gilbert is no longer at Wells Fargo?

Very bad experience we went to open and account and the lady we had was very rude. She talk to my daughter very rude. I had the worst experience there. Her name was Shamalita McGee. I had high hopes but I was disappointed she also was late to the appointment. What a rude customer service. And one more thing the outside smell so bad like weed definitely a bad experience

Wells Fargo as a company is so below average it’s very frustrating. The only pro about it is that it’s convenient for someone who moves quite frequently. I’ve been dealing with fraud for the last week where someone got into my checking, where my bank account had to go on a freeze. Customer service could not verify me so I had to make an appointment to see a banker. Then, once my bank account opened back up, the hacker was able to get into my savings account and attempt to make a wire transfer. My bank account froze again where I would have to make an in bank appointment to speak to a banker per customer service request. Already frustrated about the situation, I call to see if there are available appointments and the lady just goes there’s nothing available today and make the appointment online. Just the cherry on top kind of moment. I’m a customer who cannot access MY money, and rather than trying to help me set up an appointment or offer to call me if there is a cancellation, the lady puts it on me to do the work. There was no effort in satisfying or at least helping me out as a customer. Very frustrating to deal with an experience like this.
