  If I could give zero stars I would. Last week I attempted to deposit $1000 into the atm. It is a common practice because I dont like having to wait in a long line just to deposit money. As I slid the money into the atm, it got stuck! The atm started to malfunction and an error message came up on the screen. I tried to reach in to pull my money out but the deposit door came down and locked my money inside the atm! To make things worse, the bank tellers told me that there was nothing they could do!!! They told me to call the number and file a claim. Well my house note was due that day and waiting for them to process a claim wasnt an option. They called atm services and I was told it could take 5 hours for them to show up! I asked to speak to a manager, but was told she works at the Hardy street branch. I tried to call and speak with her, but was never able to get her on the phone. Meanwhile, I sat in front of the broken atm for hours until the atm tech finally showed up. If you think this is where things finally get better, you are wrong. When I asked the tech if he could pull my money out because it was stuck, he told me NO! He said that he was not allowed to give me my money and that he needed to print a "jam report". He claimed that once the claim department finishes their investigation, they would credit my account. How are you allowed to keep money that isnt even yours? The deposit never went through because your machine malfunctioned. To this date, Wells Fargo has not credited my money and I was told that it could take up to 10 days. I am thinking about consulting a lawyer on this because it make no sense as to why they are holding on to money that isnt even theirs.

  Great bank, been with this bank for several years now, and will not change for anything. The only problem I have is the closest bank to me is a hour or more from me. Sure wish they would put a branch in McComb Ms. Would be so helpful for people.

  Extremely RUDE teller! Rolled her eyes when I couldn’t hear her through her mask and the microphone. Will not visit this location again. Terrible customer service!!
