It’s insane how long it takes you to get to a teller here whether that be through drive through or inside. They have what seems to be 3-4 people who are account managers that are just sitting around calling people about opening new accounts aka not doing anything. but they have only one person working the walk in teller and only one person working the drive through teller. Mind you it’s 12:15 in the middle of the day. I’ve been here nearly an hour just waiting to deposit some money.

Absolutely terrible bank, fees galore. Go to almost any other bank and you'll be better off.

I’ve worked with Wells Fargo for years and have always received great service. This one incident ruined all of that. I received a call from my banker (Rebecca) on Friday after at 4:50. She left me a voicemail to call the branch ASAP. I of course couldn’t call until Monday. I called Monday and the banker, Katelyn, answered and she was the rudest and most unprofessional person I’ve encountered in a bank setting. After voicing my concern for the urgency of Rebecca’s email, she says “I wasn’t here last week and she’s not here this week. I don’t know what you want me to do.”
I then asked, “can you review my account to see if there are any flags or anything needing attention. She then huffs and says “no one can look at your account. The bankers are busy”. She didn’t once ask to take my name and number or put me on a brief hold, she did everything she could to get me off the phone. Finally I asked to speak to someone else and they were a bit more understanding and took my contact information.
Hattiesburg branch, you may want to retrain Katlyn because I do not think she’s a culture fit for your team currently.
