  Tried to open an account for my daughter, but after waiting for more than half hour, someone finally talked to us, then told us no one can help us, we need to make an appointment or come back early the next day. Very unhappy with their service! I am going to close the account now!

  I don’t know how the reviews are so low here. I came here without an appointment and from out of town, yet Ms.Kimberly E. handled my time sensitive and delicate situation in the most satisfactory way as possible!! My only critique is that Wells Fargo CORPORATE give more support to branch employees!

  WORST BANK EVER ... I have been with wells fargo for 3-4 years now and it just gets worse every year. This will be my last year with this bank. The staff that were at the 98 branch has moved to the only remaining branch in hattiesburg which is always packed and full and very slow. The staff isn't friendly.They don't speak to everyone that comes in. The rules for wells fargo banking constantly change and when you call to see what happend or why they say that was never part of our program as if your lying and the fees for having an account are just ridiculous. WORST BANK EVER ... also you have to have multiple things just to open a business account .. century first would never I only needed my ein number to open one with century. chime and century 1st are WAYYYY better even cadence is better than wells fargo.
