Came in to do a wire transfer with two IDs numerous credit cards and my computer where I can get online to my on line account and I was refused to do a international wire. Was told they would refund the money if I did it at another branch and the manager who stated he would remove the charges has not done so.. . Poor customer service!! And Wells Fargo is dishonest and not transparent do not use this bank. Find another bank!!

We were asked for ID and our debit card. Why? Then we proceeded to sit there for 4 minutes while someone went somewhere to retrieve bills that looked like they came from a garbage dump. We purposefully try to not use this branch because they are horrible. It's time we learn and change banks. I would give them zero stars if I could.
