  The service is terrible. 6 employees 1 teller and 7 ppl in line. No other employee even tried to help. Spent 30 mins depositing money.

  I’m not one to leave a bad review, but my experience in this branch today was the least customer friendly I have experienced. I needed a document notarized. There were two bankers and one teller working. I did not mind waiting for the notary. However, when another customer needed a notary, she announced that she had an appointment at 1:30 (in 30 minutes) and if she couldn’t assist with getting the line down we would have to wait until after the appointment. I waited until 1:24. The appointment arrived early. Rather than notice my single document, the banker told me I would have to wait until she finished the appointment. I don’t complain about waiting. It’s part of life, and they were obviously understaffed. I understand an appointment is priority. However, when I had been waiting over 20 minutes and it was not yet time for the appointment to start, there was no reason she could notarize a single document before starting the meeting. It would have taken less than 5 minutes and the appointment would have been able to commence as scheduled. You shouldn’t have to schedule appointments for routine banking needs—there either is not enough staff here to support the volume of customers or they are poor planners at taking their breaks (I only say this because two staff returned from lunch while I waited and another was apparently gone as well).

  I just opened an account today after a security breach at my old bank. I heard some positive reviews online and decided this is the one. Well the online reviews were far from stellar so I was a little uneasy going in. Boy was I surprised! Yeah, the ladies were a little busy, but they were extremely professional and friendly. The staff was kind and took care of my business with a smile. Nothing but good vibes. 😁

  Terrible service. The teller was a snooty @amp;#!. I was forced to go inside to cash a check and give a finger print, wasting my time. What difference is a finger print gonna doc you can't tell my identify at the counter that way, and with cameras the way they are you can't hide yourself in the store. Tells me too many tellers were giving away stuff they shouldn't. I got attitude immediately from the teller who refuses to answer my question, she goes straight to "you want to talk to my manager" rolling her eyes and smacking her lips. They are very unprofessional here, no courtesy. She could barely count my money bank. One teller was talking loud about how a person's check was gonna get deposited cause he had a debit. That's too personal the whole bank doesn't need to here there story. I will never bank here!!!!! Take your money and run!
