An agent discussed my father’s insurance policy details, including the policy amount, with another family member who was not authorized to receive that information. This was a clear breach of privacy. I had previously submitted all required information and paperwork to be listed as the beneficiary, but when I followed up, I was told my name was not on the policy. When I tried to address the issue, the agent became defensive and referred me to a branch manager. The manager then blamed me for not following up on a form I was never told about. This lack of accountability and mishandling of sensitive information caused significant stress and financial hardship for my family. I want others to be aware and to double-check any paperwork or policy changes made through this office. It’s important that customer information is handled with care and professionalism something I did not experience here.
