They stole $100 from me then closed my account without me knowing when I got an attitude about it but wouldn’t talk about my $100!!! If u go with this bank u can’t get upset even if they steal your money!! Def will be better off with someone else
- KDKavid DurrJul 17, 20171.0Someone stole my debit account information.. Put me in the negative. Apparently while being in the negative, they decided to pay off a loan as well. The teller told me, it was nothing they could do.. and I would have to just accept it. Plus an additional 36 dollars for the over withdrawal, I didn't do. They were very rude to me.. treated me like I was a inconvenience. Also acted as if I possibly did those charges myself. I felt very insulted. Went to the Pearl location and they treated me a lot better.. took care of the matter in less than 10 minutes. I will never go to the Brandon location ever again!
