- BSBrandon Stewart3 days ago1.0My co-worker called today about opening a $100 credit email she got for opening a new loan. Your employee Brittney was so on speaker and I could hear her being completely unprofessional and rude. She had an attitude for no reason. I would never do business with them if this is who you have working there.
- VCValerie Collins4 days ago1.0My husband helped my daughter purchase a car while she was in college through Alltru CU. She graduated this year from college and works full time. My daughter, my husband, and I went to see if she could refinance the vehicle and have the vehicle in her name since she pays for the vehicle herself without any help. She has been paying on this vehicle for 2 years with her own money. She hasn't missed a payment or been late making payments. She was denied refinancing it, but I have read so many positive reviews about this CU. Unfortunately she didn't have the same experience. I believe when one door closes another one opens. I am personally disappointed in this CU and I am in hopes that I don’t ever have to do business with them. I am going to steer my daughter in the directions of the CU and/or bank that I use where they genuinely care about their loyal customers. I am so sad this happened to her!

- RRretheschutzNov 13, 20251.0I I've had horrible experiences here. The staff is lacking in professionalism and decorum, from a simple deposit to a transfer. It's always difficult or inconsistent. Furthermore, when does a bank not make a certified in-state check available the next business day? It is a certified check from a bank in the same town. The entire purpose of a certified check is so you do not have to wait a week for it to be released in its entirety. Absolutely ridiculous!

EDITED: I will send no one here after being treated how I was by Brittany on the phone. I will review this place on every platform and let everyone know this experience. I will take this as far as it needs to go. A complaint/report is being made to the NCUA and the CFPB, for safety of my personal information and how the interaction with Brittany made me feel knowing she has access to it.
