- MTMarcus TrippDec 26, 20251.0Very disappointing had to wait over 1 hour just to get some documents back I brought in because I decided not to bank through them anymore so I asked if I can get my documents so I can just leave and go try another bank and the ladies kept me waiting and went and opened an account for another customer while I sit here and waited to get my documents back. And when I asked if someone else can get my papers so I can leave was told that only lizzy can go get them for me that I had to keep waiting
