    Worst banking industry for a small business EVER. They make it so hard for a small business to succeed when dealing with them. With the restrictions the stipulations and all the hoops you have to jump through in order to maintain business there is absolutely freaking ridiculous. Loyalty holds no bounds that someone who's been dealing business with them for over 10 years I can assure you that loyalty in history with the bank does not mean a damn thing. The other thing that I hate worse than anything no matter what happens in the company they only have one person call you... They're official bearer of all bad news. Leann. every time I hear her call with her fake friendliness I just cringe. I stayed with this bank after they bought out another bank I was dealing with because I really enjoyed the staff. But with all new staff and management it doesn't even seem worth it there's no personalization, there's no personal assistance there's nobody at that bank going to bat for you to help you out in any situation. After my last ordeal yesterday I would rather do banking with some homeless dude down the street around the corner then have to deal with Leanne at Great Southern Bank any freaking more. 0 out of 5 banking -10 out of 10 on customer care Bank elsewhere!
