  Visited 1:00 Sept 18. Giving 3 stars because the ATM worked for me, as a “non-customer”, however when I brought my 20’s inside to break them to give a tip to my hairstylist, I was asked for my ID so they could check to see that I was a GSB customer. I am not, so I said so. She returned my 20’s and said she would not be able to give me change. I was in a hurry and couldn’t stick around to learn more about such a strange policy. But when I told the teller that I have no brick and mortar bank, and that I’ve been doing this sort of thing with other banks for over a decade with no problem, she kept saying, “I’ve never heard of that!” This is a bank, I have cash I just received from their own ATM, and they can’t give me two 10’s and four 5’s? If I wasn’t in a hurry, I probably could have easily gotten change at the Taco Bell across the street. (PS- USAA & Schwab are examples of banks with no physical structures)

  ALYSSA WAS INCREDIBLY AWESOME AND POLITE AT THE KIRKWOOD LOCATION ! SHE NEVER NEEDS MY INFO BECAUSE SHE HAS BUILT A PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP WITH ME ! I WILL STAY WITH THIS BANK FOREVER AND HAVE ALREADY REFERRED MY COUSIN AND SISTER WHO BOTH HAVE OPENED UP NEW ACCOUNTS ! 10 STAR SERVICE IF I COULD GIVE THAT MANY !
